Pricing includes the Microsoft 365 subscription plus KartHost MSP services, support, setup assistance, and ongoing management. Microsoft 365 is sold as a subscription with either a monthly commitment or an annual commitment. KartHost provisions and manages the subscription on your behalf, but the subscription term, renewal, and refund rules are governed by Microsoft. After Microsoft’s initial cancellation window, there are no prorated refunds for early cancellation, and billing continues through the end of the active commitment term.
