KloudEmail 2026 Pricing Update FAQ

KloudEmail pricing is being updated, and this page is designed to answer the most common questions about what’s changing, when it takes effect, and how it shows up on your invoices.

Because pricing can vary based on your plan, mailbox count, and any promotions tied to your web hosting, this FAQ explains the overall changes and where to see the exact numbers for your account.

When do the new KloudEmail prices take effect?

The updated KloudEmail pricing takes effect for invoices generated on or after March 1, 2026. Any services billed before that date continue at your current rate.

Why are KloudEmail prices increasing?

Our KloudEmail vendor has increased the underlying cost of mailboxes. To continue providing reliable, secure, and well‑supported email services, we need to pass through a portion of that increase while keeping pricing as competitive as possible.

How can I see the current KloudEmail pricing?

Current KloudEmail plans and per‑mailbox rates are listed on our KloudEmail Comparison page:

https://karthost.com/kloudemail-comparison/

You can compare those rates with the services and invoices shown in your KartHost Customer Center to see how they apply to your account.

How can I estimate my new KloudEmail charges?

To estimate your new monthly charges,

  1. Start with the KloudEmail Comparison page above and look at the rate for your plan.
  2. Find the price for the first mailbox on your plan and multiply it by 1.
  3. Find the “additional mailbox” price on your plan and multiply it by the number of extra mailboxes on your account.
  4. Add those two amounts together to estimate your new monthly KloudEmail total (before any taxes or other services).
  5. All previous invoices will also show the quantity of Add’l emails in your account when the invoice was created.

Why do invoice line items show one price but the total due is different?

Beginning with invoices generated after January 20, 2026, the detailed line‑item descriptions for KloudEmail services (including first and additional mailbox pricing) reflect the new March 1, 2026 rates.

During this transition period, the total due on those invoices is still calculated at your current pre–March 1 pricing for existing KloudEmail services. In February, we’ll run a one‑time bulk update so that all KloudEmail services move to the new rate at the same time. After that, future invoices will show the updated pricing in both the line‑item details and the total due.

Why doesn’t the email show my exact old and new price?

Many clients have different mailbox counts, plan types, and legacy promotions with their web hosting. That means exact pricing is unique per account. Instead of listing everyone’s numbers in one long email, we’ve:

  • Published the standard KloudEmail pricing on the KloudEmail Comparison page, and
  • Left your specific service details and totals visible in your KartHost Customer Center.

This keeps the information accurate and easier to understand.

Will any credits be applied to my account for new orders?

New KloudEmail orders are charged at the rate shown at checkout. Orders placed on or before February 15, 2026 will be manually reviewed, and any prorated credits due will be calculated and applied to your account after that review.

Can I reduce my mailbox count to help manage costs?

Yes. If you’d like help reviewing and cleaning up unused mailboxes before the new pricing takes full effect, please open a support ticket in your KartHost Customer Center and we’ll assist you in reviewing your current usage.

Are any features or service levels changing?

No. This update is pricing‑related only. Your KloudEmail features, security, and support remain the same, and our team will continue managing the service for you.

How do I change or cancel my KloudEmail service?

You can change or cancel services through your KartHost Customer Center. For cancellation terms, including timing and billing details, please review our Terms of Service
